Al Qaeda in the Maghreb in the Islamic Maghreb leader, Abu Musab Abdal Wadud, has released a new audio-message, urging Sahel’s governments, Mali in particular, to remove French troops from their countries.
Al Qaeda in the Islamic Maghreb leader, Abu Musab Abdal Wadud (Abdelmalek Droukdel), eulogized the deceased lieutenants of Jamaat Nusrat al Islam wal Muslimin (JNIM) Yahya Abu al Hammam and Abu Iyadh al Tunis, respectively the leader of the AQIM’s Sub-Saharan branch and the founder of Ansar al Sharia Tunisia group.
